Panendoscopy

Findings were:  Tongue base (inspected and palpated), valleculae, epiglottis, ary-epiglottic folds, arytenoids, vestibular folds, vocal cords, left and right piriform sinuses, post cricoid region, posterior pharyngeal wall, and upper oesophagus to 20cms all show no abnormality.
